The molecular formula of the positive electrode active material is LixMnyFe1-y-zMzPO4, x is greater than or equal to 0.9 and less than or equal to 1.1, y is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 1, z is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 0.3, 1-y-z is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 1, and M is selected from at least one of Ti, Mg, Si, Zr, Nb, V, Co and Ni.
