The molecular formula of the positive electrode active material is LixMnyFe1-y-zMzPO4, x is greater than or equal to 0.9 and less than or equal to 1.1, y is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 1, z is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 0.3, 1-y-z is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 1, and M is selected from at least one of Ti, Mg, Si, Zr, Nb, V, Co and Ni. The molecular sieve can adsorb moisture in the battery, prevent the moisture from eroding the positive electrode active material, reduce side reactions and improve the stability of the positive electrode active material. The molecular sieve can enhance the desolvation effect of lithium ions, improve the capacity of the positive electrode active material, avoid direct contact between a large number of solvent molecules with high r
