The embodiment of the invention provides a memory access method and device and a storage medium. For IO equipment of a specified type assembled on a physical machine, a specific page missing request can be initiated to the physical machine according to the transformed PRI protocol so as to trigger the physical machine to allocate a temporary memory page for a target address page from idle physical memory pages; and the physical machine can utilize the temporary memory page to respond to a memory write request which is initiated by the IO equipment and points to the target address page. Moreover, after the target address page is subjected to missing page recovery, the physical machine can update the data stored in the temporary memory page to the recovered memory page corresponding to the target address page so as to ensure that the data corresponding to the memory write request is correctly written into the memory of the physical machine.
