The invention provides an automatically-controlled blowing dust discharging system and a control method thereof.The system is installed in a dry dust remover and comprises an air storage tank, a plurality of blowing pipes communicated with the air storage tank, a plurality of pulse valves installed between the air storage tank and the blowing pipes and a pneumatic pulse controller connected with the pulse valves; the blowing pipe is communicated with the internal space of the filter plate; and the plurality of pulse valves are respectively connected with a deashing adapter on the pneumatic pulse controller through control hoses. The main machine is compact in structure, reasonable in division of air duct space inside the main machine, low in energy consumption, free of water consumption and free of secondary pollution, the total dust removal efficiency is larger than or equal to 99.9%, the respirable dust removal efficiency is larger than or equal to 99%, and the air leakage rate is smaller than or equal to 5
