Summary: | The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a composite coating for a surgical electrode, a preparation method of the composite coating and the surgical electrode. The composite coating for the surgical electrode comprises a Cr layer and a CrN layer which are sequentially deposited on the surface of a substrate, the CrN layer has a face-centered cubic crystal structure. The Cr layer and the CrN layer are arranged, and the Cr layer serves as a transition layer, so that the binding force between the CrN layer and the base body is improved; meanwhile, the CrN layer with the face-centered cubic crystal structure is high in mechanical property and good in anti-adhesion performance.
