The invention discloses a magnesium phosphate self-cleaning cement coating which comprises the following components: magnesium oxide, phosphate, 5-20% of ferrous oxalate, 10% of boric acid and the balance of magnesium oxide and phosphate, the molar ratio of magnesium oxide to phosphate is (2-4): 1, when the magnesium phosphate self-cleaning cement coating is used, the magnesium phosphate self-cleaning cement coating is mixed with water to form slurry, the slurry is coated on the surface of an object, and the magnesium phosphate self-cleaning cement coating is formed. The magnesium phosphate self-cleaning cement coating has relatively good decomposition capability on organic pollutants. 本发明公开了一种磷酸镁自清洁水泥涂料，其组成物为氧化镁、磷酸盐、草酸亚铁5-20％、硼酸10％，余量为氧化镁、磷酸盐，氧化镁与磷酸盐的摩尔比为2-4:1，使用时，将其与水混合成浆料涂覆于物体表面，形成磷酸镁自清洁水泥涂层，实验结果显示，该磷酸镁自清洁水泥涂层对有机污染物具有较好的分解能力。
