Summary:Provided are: a hydrophilic agent for fibers, which has both flexibility and hydrophilicity (liquid fluidity and recurrent hydrophilicity) and which has little change in adhesion rate; and a non-woven fabric comprising the hydrophilic agent for fibers. The non-woven fabric according to the present invention is characterized by containing an ester compound obtained by condensing a fatty acid and an alcohol having 5 or more carbon atoms, and an anionic surfactant. 提供兼顾柔软性和亲水性(液体流动性和反复亲水性)且附着率的变化小的纤维用亲水剂、以及包含该纤维用亲水剂的非织造布。本发明所述的非织造布的特征在于，其含有酯化合物和阴离子系表面活性剂，所述酯化合物是碳原子数5以上的醇与脂肪酸发生缩合而得到的。
