Summary: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-capacity chloride primary battery. The method comprises the following steps: (1) grinding a chloride-carbon interlayer compound and a conductive agent; (2) adding the binder slurry, and mixing by using a planetary mixer; (3) the stirred materials are mixed into clusters, the clusters are put into a roller press to be repeatedly rolled, and finally the clusters are rolled into sheet-shaped electrodes; and (4) drying the sheet-shaped electrode, cutting the sheet-shaped electrode into a required size, and assembling the sheet-shaped electrode and the metal electrode together to form the battery.
