The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-capacity chloride primary battery. The method comprises the following steps: (1) grinding a chloride-carbon interlayer compound and a conductive agent; (2) adding the binder slurry, and mixing by using a planetary mixer; (3) the stirred materials are mixed into clusters, the clusters are put into a roller press to be repeatedly rolled, and finally the clusters are rolled into sheet-shaped electrodes; and (4) drying the sheet-shaped electrode, cutting the sheet-shaped electrode into a required size, and assembling the sheet-shaped electrode and the metal electrode together to form the battery. 本发明是一种高容量氯化物一次电池的制备方法，该方法的步骤是：(1)将氯化物-碳层间化合物与导电剂进行研磨；(2)加入粘结剂浆料，用行星搅拌机进行混料；(3)将搅拌后的物料和成团，放入辊压机进行反复辊压，最后辊压成片状电极；(4)将片状电极干燥后，裁切成需要的尺寸，与金属电极一起组装成电池。
