Summary: | The invention discloses a sMRM targeted measurement method of interleukin-1 receptor associated kinase 4 (IRAK4) and application of the sMRM targeted measurement method. According to the method, the expression quantity of IRAK4 protein is represented by detecting the content of a symbolic peptide fragment (with uniqueness) of IRAK4; two independent symbolic peptide fragment sequences of the IRAK4 are GYVNNTTVAVK and TANTLPSK. The method comprises the following steps: pretreatment of cell sample protein, sMRM method development, and sMRM detection and data analysis of the IRAK4 in a clinical cell sample.
