Summary: | The invention discloses a method capable of realizing industrial preparation of carbazole. The method comprises the following steps: reacting aniline (monoaniline) with hydrochloric acid and sodium nitrate to obtain diazonium salt; reacting the diazonium salt with sodium sulfite and sodium hydrogen sulfite in an acidic environment to generate phenylhydrazine; and reacting the phenylhydrazine acid with cyclohexanone to obtain a tetrahydrocarbazole crude product, and carrying out dehydrogenation treatment on the crude product through a dehydrogenation system to obtain a high-purity carbazole product. The main raw material used in the invention adopts monoaniline which is sufficient in market supply and relatively low in price, so that the production of carbazole is not restricted by the productivity of the raw material, and large-scale production is facilitated.
