The hard carbon material is prepared by the following steps: by taking biomass materials such as straws, bamboo wood and wood as raw materials, drying the raw materials, and mechanically crushing to obtain solid powder; and digesting the powder in a digesting solution with the pH value of less than or equal to 7, and sequentially washing, drying and carbonizing to obtain the carbon-carbon composite material.
