Summary: | The invention discloses a plasma catalytic reforming methanol on-site hydrogen production device and a hydrogen production method thereof, by coupling plasma, a two-stage catalyst and a vaporization device, the plasma can be generated in a small volume, high-concentration active species can be generated near the surface of the catalyst, and meanwhile, the high-concentration active species can be generated near the surface of the catalyst.
