BSA serves as a medium to synthesize a nucleic acid sulfide compound, not only serves as an accelerant to promote the CuS nanoparticles to form a hollow mesoporous structure, but also serves as a sealing agent to seal siRNA, so that the siRNA is not decomposed in the carrying process, and targeted drug delivery is achieved. The nucleic acid sulfide compound prepared by the invention has remarkable photo-thermal sensitivity and strong drug loading performance, and has important application prospects in tumor photo-thermal therapy.
