According to the preparation method, 100 parts of deionized water is taken as a water phase, 35-45 parts of butadiene, 15-20 parts of styrene and 2-8 parts of 4-ethylene benzoic acid are taken as an organic phase, and emulsion polymerization is initiated by 0.05-0.1 part of a water-soluble compound initiator and 0.1-0.15 part of an oil-soluble compound initiator, so that the high-temperature-resistant rubber is prepared.
