The disclosed technology includes a medical probe including a tubular shaft extending along a longitudinal axis of the medical probe. The medical probe also includes an expandable basket assembly coupled to a distal end of the tubular shaft. The basket assembly includes a plurality of ridges and a plurality of electrodes. The electrode includes an electrode body defining a lumen therethrough such that a respective ridge extends therethrough. The basket assembly includes an electrically insulating sheath disposed between each respective ridge and each respective electrode.
