The housing (7), the connector member (4), and the motor cover (5) are sealed by the FIPG as a second sealing portion forming portion (B). FIPG composed of a two-liquid room-temperature-curable silica gel-based adhesive is used instead of one-liquid heat-curable FIPG, the two liquids are heated to 60 DEG C and then mixed by a static mixer, and the mixture is applied to the seal part formation sites (A, B). And through preheating, the curing time is shortened, and sufficient curing can be realized in about two hours. 贯穿底壁部(7a)的线圈端子部(9)周围作为第一密封部形成部位(A)而进行由FIPG实现的密封。壳体(7)、连接器部件(4)与马达盖(5)之间作为第二密封部形成部位(B)而进行由FIPG实现的密封。取代单液热固化型FIPG而使用由双液常温固化型硅胶系粘接剂组成的FIPG,将双液加热到60℃后由静态混合器混合,并涂布于密封部形成部位(A、B)。通过预先加热,固化时间变短,两小时左右就能充分固化。
