The invention belongs to the technical field of self-locking nuts, and particularly relates to an anti-dismounting and anti-loosening integrated self-locking double nut which comprises a main nut, a stop nut, a stop groove and a steel ball. One end of the stop nut is provided with an eccentric groove, the inner diameter of the eccentric groove is the same as the outer diameter of the eccentric boss, and the main nut and the stop nut are provided with coaxial threaded holes with the same inner diameter; the stop groove is formed in the inner wall of a threaded hole of the stop nut, and the bottom face of the stop groove is an arc section with the diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the threaded hole. The steel ball can move in the stop groove and can partially extend out of the stop groove, and when the steel ball is located at the telecentric point of the threaded hole, the steel ball completely retreats into the stop groove; compared with the prior art, the nut has the anti-theft function while achie
