The heat-resistant steel 12Cr1MoV bar is characterized by comprising the following alloy components in percentage by weight: 0.09%-0.13% of C, 0.22%-0.35% of Si, 0.45%-0.60% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.015% of P, less than or equal to 0.008% of S, 0.95%-1.10% of Cr, less than or equal to 0.05% of Ni, 0.26%-0.33% of Mo, 0.16%-0.25% of V, less than or equal to 0.05% of Cu and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The surface quality and the impact property are ensured through reasonable component design and production process. The macrostructure, non-metallic inclusions and hardness of the finished steel meet the requirements of high-end products.
