Summary: | The invention provides a synthesis method for preparing a polymerization inhibitor 706 by using a sulfonated silicon dioxide catalyst, which comprises the following steps: dissolving a polyoxypropylene-polyoxyethylene copolymer solution in water, adding concentrated hydrochloric acid, heating to 40 DEG C, adding tetraethyl silicate into the solution, stirring, adding 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane and 30wt.% hydrogen peroxide, reacting for 2-4 hours, and then cooling to room temperature to obtain the polymerization inhibitor 706. Continuously stirring, after the reaction is finished, carrying out suction filtration on the solution to obtain a filter cake and filtrate, treating the filtrate with activated carbon, mixing with the filter cake, aging, washing, acidifying and drying to obtain a sulfonated silicon dioxide catalyst; the sulfonated silicon dioxide catalyst synthesized by the method is simple in synthesis method and high in catalytic reaction activity, and has high reaction selectivity in 706 polyme |
