The invention discloses a power supply circuit, a DC-DC converter and a control method. The circuit comprises a sampling unit, an error amplification unit, a driving tube and a transient response compensation unit. The sampling unit samples the output voltage of the power supply circuit to generate a sampling signal; the error amplification unit generates a driving signal based on a sampling signal and a reference signal; the driving tube is driven by the driving signal to generate an output voltage; and the transient response compensation unit controls the voltage at the control end of the driving tube.
