The master batch mixing system comprises a first internal mixer and a second internal mixer which are connected in series, a feeding port of the second internal mixer is connected with a discharging port of the first internal mixer in series, a pressing plate assembly is arranged in the feeding port of the second internal mixer, and a feeding port of the second internal mixer is connected with a discharging port of the first internal mixer. The pressing plate assembly is used for sealing or opening an internal mixing chamber of the second internal mixer; a tablet press and a rubber cooler are sequentially arranged at one end of a discharge port of the second internal mixer, the tablet press is used for tabletting the mixed rubber material, the rubber cooler is used for collecting the tabletted rubber material so as to prepare the rubber material, and the rubber material can be obtained through a series connection structure of the first internal mixer and the second internal mixer.
