Summary:The invention provides a preparation method of a molybdenum-copper composite material part blank, and relates to the technical field of refractory metal preparation and processing. Molybdenum powder and copper particles are alternately stacked and flatly laid, then isostatic cool pressing is carried out, and a powder blank is obtained; the thickness of each molybdenum powder layer and the thickness of each copper particle layer are independently smaller than or equal to 20 mm. Reducing and pre-sintering the powder blank in a hydrogen atmosphere to obtain a pre-sintered blank; the pre-sintered blank is subjected to internal infiltration sintering in the hydrogen atmosphere, and a sintered blank is obtained; and the sintered blank is subjected to hot isostatic pressing, and a molybdenum-copper composite material part blank is obtained.
