A method performed by a computer comprises: obtaining matrix data representing an encoding matrix for encoding a spectral data cube containing image information of a plurality of bands and generating a compressed image and/or a decoding matrix, the decoding matrix is used to decode the spectral data cubes from the encoded compressed image (S220); editing the matrix data such that image information of at least one wavelength band in the spectral data cube is changed after the spectral data cube is decoded (S230); and outputting the edited matrix data. 一种由计算机执行的方法包括：取得表示编码矩阵和/或解码矩阵的矩阵数据，所述编码矩阵用于对包含多个波段的图像信息的光谱数据立方体进行编码并生成压缩图像，所述解码矩阵用于从编码后的所述压缩图像解码所述光谱数据立方体(S220)；编辑所述矩阵数据，使得在所述光谱数据立方体被解码后的情况下所述光谱数据立方体中的至少一个波段的图像信息被改变(S230)；以及输出编辑后的所述矩阵数据。
