Summary: | The invention discloses a high-alloy heat-resistant steel plate and a heat treatment method thereof. The high-alloy heat-resistant steel plate comprises the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 0.085-0.17% of C, 0.20-0.60% of Si, 8-12% of Cr, 0.8-1.2% of Mo, 0.15-0.35% of V, 0.05-0.20% of Nb, 0.060-0.085% of N, and N/Al greater than or equal to 4.0. The heat treatment process of the steel plate is completed through cooperation of an efficient trolley furnace and a quenching machine, and the heat treatment process comprises quenching and tempering. The high-alloy heat-resistant steel plate provided by the invention meets the requirements of materials with hydrogen corrosion resistance, high heat resistance and good low temper brittleness in the domestic petrochemical industry and thermal power plants, and is widely applied to design and manufacturing of key pipe fitting parts of pressure vessels and power station boilers.
