The invention provides a cloud host migration method and device and electronic equipment, and relates to the technical field of computers.The method comprises the steps that under the condition that the obtained resource utilization rate of a cloud host is lower than a first threshold value, whether the resource utilization rate of a host machine corresponding to the cloud host is lower than a second threshold value or not is judged; under the condition that the resource utilization rate of the host machine corresponding to the cloud host is lower than a second threshold value, determining that the cloud host is a to-be-migrated cloud host; a target physical host list is obtained, a target physical host is determined from the target physical host list, and the resource utilization rates of the physical hosts in the target physical host list are both higher than the first threshold value and the second threshold value; and migrating the cloud host to be migrated to the target physical host.
