The invention discloses a BLDC (brushless direct current) motor rotor which comprises an annular liner tube, a plurality of rotor cores annularly distributed outside the liner tube and a mounting sleeve which sleeves the liner tube and is connected with the rotor cores. The mounting sleeve is made of a magnetism isolating material; the mounting sleeve is detachably connected with the liner tube, and the rotor core is detachably arranged in the mounting sleeve. According to the mounting sleeve, the magnetic isolation material such as aluminum or plastic is used as a molding raw material, and the mounting sleeve forms a magnetic isolation belt between the liner tube and the rotor core, so that magnetic leakage can be effectively reduced, the magnetic performance of the rotor is improved, and the power density is further improved.
