The method comprises the following steps: extracting oil and gas loss activity data of each link of the whole flow of an oil field production database and writing the data into the database; calculating oil and gas loss activity data and writing a result into a database; selecting an over-threshold model threshold value; fitting a Pareto distribution function; determining a threshold value of an oil-gas loss high-value point; and positioning the oil-gas loss high-value point node.
