Meanwhile, other environmental influence factors serve as auxiliary monitoring objects to monitor power grid information, then operation of monitoring equipment is controlled through an equipment information operation module, signal detection equipment and monitoring equipment are arranged in each interval section, the starting states of the signal detection equipment and the monitoring equipment are set to be dormant states, and when an electric power signal value is abnormal, the signal detection equipment and the monitoring equipment are started.
