The invention provides a multi-cold-source heat management system and a control method thereof. The multi-cold-source heat management system comprises a first heat dissipation loop, a second heat dissipation loop and a refrigeration loop. The first heat dissipation loop is used for providing a secondary refrigerant for cooling the first heat source. And the second heat dissipation loop comprises a dry cooler and is used for providing a secondary refrigerant for cooling the second heat source. The refrigerating circuit is used for providing a refrigerant. The second heat dissipation loop is communicated with the first heat dissipation loop through the first adjusting valve. And a refrigerant in the refrigerating loop exchanges heat with a secondary refrigerant in the first heat dissipation loop at the first heat exchanger.
