The electro-optical modulator chip and the second optical fiber fixing assembly are mounted on the second mounting base; the polarization direction of the optical axis of the electro-optical modulator chip is consistent with the polarization direction of the optical axis of the second optical fiber fixing assembly. The first end of the optical fiber is connected to the first optical fiber fixing assembly, and the secon
