Abstract | The invention discloses a method for determining an antioxidant in a water body and application. The method comprises the following steps: adding an AOs recovery rate indicator into a sample; then adding a mixed organic solvent composed of dichloromethane and methyl tert-butyl ether to carry out liquid-liquid extraction; concentrating the extract, replacing the solvent and concentrating; an internal standard substance Bpb-d9 is added; and determining the 28 antioxidants in the sample by using a liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS). The method is high in recovery rate and good in reproducibility, 28 target compounds in the water body can be enriched at the same time, LC-MS/MS is used for analyzing and quantifying AOs, and the method has the advantages of being lower in detection limit, high in detection precision and the like.
