The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant anti-aging polyamide composite material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material is prepared by mixing polyamide, an anti-aging agent, a reinforcing filler, a compatilizer, a lubricant and other assistants in proportion. The preparation method of the material comprises the following steps: mixing raw materials; melting and extruding; cooling is performed; and drying, dicing and the like. The novel high-temperature-resistant anti-aging polyamide reinforced composite material provided by the invention has tensile strength of more than or equal to 110MPa, bending strength of more than or equal to 170MPa, notch impact strength of more than or equal to 4KJ/m < 2 >, excellent mechanical properties, good thermal stability, yellowing index of less than or equal to 12, long anti-aging time under a high-temperature condition of 150-180 DEG C, small addition amount of the anti-aging agent, simple preparation process flow, low equipment investment and l
