The method comprises the following steps: classifying data deployed at a local end in data of the application system as a first data set, classifying data deployed at a cloud end as a second data set, and classifying data not belonging to the first data set and the second data set as a third data set; calculating the number of times of calling data in the third data set and the first data set and the number of times of calling data in the third data set and the second data set together; and screening out data which are most frequently called together with the first data set and the third data set and the second data set in the third data set, and transferring the data to a local end, and transferring data which are not called together to a cloud end.
