The invention discloses a metasurface-based dual-frequency dual-polarization base station antenna stacking structure system, which comprises a metal bottom plate, a metasurface bottom plate, high-frequency base station antennas and low-frequency base station antennas, and is characterized in that the four high-frequency base station antennas are mounted on the upper surface of the metasurface bottom plate in a central symmetry structure, and the low-frequency base station antennas are mounted on the upper surface of the metal bottom plate; the lower surface of the metasurface bottom plate is arranged at the top of the low-frequency base station antenna, the high-frequency base station antenna comprises a first PCB (9) and a second PCB which are orthogonally connected, and the low-frequency base station antenna comprises a third PCB (11) and a fourth PCB which are orthogonally connected. The antenna has the advantages of good out-of-band rejection performance, wide working band and simple structure, and can be
