The invention relates to a laser scanner and a system including a laser scanner for measuring an environment. The laser scanner comprises: an optical distance measuring device for detecting distance measurement data comprising measurement data, the optical distance measuring device having a transmitter unit and a receiver unit; a base; the supporting piece is fixed on the base in a manner of rotating around a supporting rotating shaft; a beam diverting unit for the distance measuring radiation, the beam diverting unit being fixed to the support such that the beam diverting unit is rotatable about a beam axis of rotation substantially perpendicular to the support axis of rotation; the first angle encoder is used for recording first angle data about rotation of the supporting piece around the supporting rotating shaft; and a second angle encoder for recording second angle data regarding rotation of the beam steering unit about the beam axis of rotation. 本发明涉及激光扫描仪和包括用于对环境进行测量的激光扫描仪的系统。该激光扫描仪包括：用于检测包括测量数据的距离测量数据
