The invention provides a sensor data monitoring method and system, and the method comprises the steps: fitting a temperature compensation coefficient of a target sensor through a least square method, and carrying out the zero position and sensitivity compensation of the target sensor based on the temperature compensation coefficient; dynamically calibrating the target sensor after temperature compensation through a program-defined digital filter; and acquiring the dynamically calibrated sensor data. Through the scheme, the measurement precision of the sensor can be improved, and the implementation cost is low. 本发明提供一种传感器数据监测方法及系统，该方法包括：通过最小二乘法拟合目标传感器的温度补偿系数，基于所述温度补偿系数对目标传感器进行零位和灵敏度补偿；通过程序定义的数字滤波器对温度补偿后的目标传感器进行动态校准；获取动态校准后的传感器数据。通过该方案可以提高传感器测量精度，且实施成本低。
