The invention relates to the technical field of waste incineration treatment, in particular to a folding triple-effect grate process which comprises the following steps: S1, free dehydration and drying: feeding to-be-treated household waste into a drying layer for free dehydration treatment; s2, organic carbonization treatment: enabling the materials dried by the drying layer to fall into a carbonization layer under the action of a drying fire grate so as to realize carbonization treatment; s3, incineration treatment is conducted, specifically, the materials subjected to carbonization treatment fall into an incineration layer under the action of a carbonization fire grate, are subjected to incineration treatment and then are discharged out of a triple-effect fire grate; S4, secondary combustion treatment is conducted, specifically, smoke and combustible gas generated in the incineration layer are introduced into a secondary combustion chamber for secondary combustion treatment, and the high-temperature flue g
