The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing Fe13Cr4NiMo martensitic stainless steel; (2) the Fe13Cr4NiMo martensite stainless steel is subjected to austenitizing treatment and quenching, and austenite is converted into martensite; wherein the temperature of the austenitizing treatment ranges from 850 DEG C to 1050 DEG C; and (3) tempering the material obtained in the step (2) at 600-750 DEG C, preserving heat, and cooling along with the furnace.
