The invention further discloses a preparation method of the camellia nitidissima flower powder with the particle size D50 of 95-110 [mu] m. Experiments show that the golden camellia flower powder has significant influence on intestinal flora, the particle size of the golden camellia flower powder significantly influences the composition of the intestinal flora, and the golden camellia flower powder with the particle size D50 of about 100 microns can significantly improve the abundance of Bacteroides and Phocaecoladorrei bacteria in the intestinal flora; further, the intestinal flora of animals can be effectively adjusted, the intestinal flora structure of an intestinal flora imbalance body is balanced, the stable state of the intestinal tract is maintained, and the
