The invention provides a litchi fermented product capable of improving fecal occult blood and intestinal barrier and regulating intestinal flora. Provided are uses of a lychee fermentation product in a subject for maintaining inflammatory factor homeostasis, restoring intestinal barrier structure function and improving intestinal flora imbalance or promoting production of short chain fatty acids, especially branched chain fatty acids, wherein the intestinal flora imbalance is intestinal flora imbalance caused by DDS and pathogenic Escherichia coli AIEC. Compared with medicines, the lychee leavening has higher safety and is a food-borne strategy for improving enteritis. |
