The invention discloses a preparation method of hydrogel for diabetes wound repair. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing aminated cyclodextrin wrapping ibuprofen; (2) preparing modified polylysine; (3) dissolving tannic acid and a compound with an amino group and a phenylboronic acid group in deionized water, and adjusting the pH value to be alkaline to obtain a solution A; dissolving the aminated cyclodextrin coated with ibuprofen, the modified polylysine and a photoinitiator in deionized water to obtain a solution B; and mixing the solution A and the solution B in equal volume, and carrying out photocuring to obtain the hydrogel for repairing the wound surface of diabetes mellitus. The hydrogel disclosed by the invention can absorb the advanced glycosylation end product, avoids severe inflammation of a wound surface and delayed healing caused by accumulation of the advanced glycosylation end product, and can effectively promote healing of the wound surface of chronic diabetes
