The invention aims to provide concrete with high chloride ion migration resistance mixed with calcium sulfate whiskers and basalt fibers, and the concrete has chloride ion penetration resistance so as to solve the problem of corrosion of steel bars of a reinforced concrete structure in a marine chloride environment. According to the technical scheme, the calcium sulfate whisker and basalt fiber mixed concrete with high chloride ion migration resistance comprises the following raw material components: 450-500kg/m < 3 > of ordinary Portland cement, 550-600kg/m < 3 > of fine aggregate, 1200-1300kg/m < 3 > of coarse aggregate, 150-200kg/m < 3 > of water, 1.5-6kg/m < 3 > of chopped basalt fiber and 1.5-6kg/m < 3 > of anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker.
