The invention discloses crushing equipment for preparing activated carbon by using coconut shells as raw materials, which comprises a crushing tank, a crushing inlet is formed in the upper side of the crushing tank, a conveying belt is arranged in the lower end of the crushing tank, a coarse crushing assembly and a fine crushing assembly are arranged in the crushing tank, and the coarse crushing assembly and the fine crushing assembly are located between the crushing inlet and the conveying belt. The fine crushing assembly is positioned below the coarse crushing assembly; and a heating resistance wire is arranged in the crushing tank. Coconut shells are put in from the crushing inlet and subjected to double crushing of the coarse crushing assembly and the fine crushing assembly, the crushing effect of the coconut shells is guaranteed, the crushed coconut shells fall on the conveying belt and are taken away from the crushing tank through the conveying belt, manpower for collecting raw material finished product
