Summary: | This boron nitride powder contains at least agglomerated boron nitride particles in which hexagonal boron nitride primary particles are agglomerated, and the particle size distribution of the boron nitride powder has at least a first maximum point (MAX1), a second maximum point (MAX2) having a particle size larger than the first maximum point, and a third maximum point (MAX3) having a particle size larger than the second maximum point. The particle diameter of the first maximum point is 0.4 [mu] m or more and less than 10 [mu] m, the particle diameter of the second maximum point is 10 [mu] m or more and less than 40 [mu] m, and the particle diameter of the third maximum point is 40 [mu] m or more and 110 [mu] m or less.
