Abstract | The invention belongs to the field of pharmaceutical preparations, and relates to preparation and application of an oral colon-targeted high-molecular polymer. The invention prepares a hyaluronic acid modified inulin high-molecular polymer which is a functional drug delivery material with oral colon targeting property, and the application research is carried out on the hyaluronic acid modified inulin high-molecular polymer. According to the invention, carboxyl of hyaluronic acid and hydroxyl of inulin are connected by a condensation method, and the prepared novel carrier (HA-IN) is safe and non-toxic, and has good stomach and intestinal stability and good colon targeting ability. After the HA-IN high-molecular polymer is compounded with the drug-loaded micelle, the residence time of an oral drug in a body can be prolonged, the accumulation of colon tumors on the drug is improved, and the anti-tumor curative effect is improved, so that the HA-IN high-molecular polymer has a relatively good development prospect |
