According to the method, an Nb-Ti refractory alloy wire containing a small amount of Ti is adopted as a connecting material, under the protection condition of inert gas, a laser beam rapidly melts an Nb-Ti alloy welding wire and heats a Cf/SiC base material, a high-activity Nb-Ti alloy liquid phase formed locally wets the Cf/SiC composite material, interface reaction occurs, and then connection is achieved. Due to the fact that heating is conducted in a high-flexibility laser welding mode, and the finally-formed Nb-based metal connector has the high heat-resisting temperature, high-temperature-resisting connection of the large-size Cf/SiC composite material component can be achieved through the connection method.
