According to the application of the tartary buckwheat extract in preparation of the product for improving skin elasticity and wrinkles, after the effectiveness of the tartary buckwheat extract component is studied, the result shows that the tartary buckwheat extract has excellent ROS inhibitory activity, keratinocyte death caused by ultraviolet rays is inhibited, and the skin elasticity and wrinkles can be improved. In addition, the compound also has an inhibition effect on MAPKs, AP-1, NFATc1, MMP-1, MMP-3 and the like. 本发明提供了苦荞提取物在制备改善肌肤弹性和皱纹产品中的应用，本发明通过对苦荞提取物成分的有效性进行研究后，结果显示，苦荞提取物具有优异的ROS抑制活性，不仅抑制紫外线引起的角质形成细胞死亡，而且对MAPKs、AP-1、NFATc1、MMP-1及MMP-3等也具有抑制效果。
