Summary:The active voltage buffer (108) includes: a ground terminal (BM) and input terminals (BE1, BE2); a buffer capacitor (C); buffer activation means (D1, D2) designed to connect the input terminals (BE1, BE2) to a second terminal (BC) of the buffer capacitor (C) to charge the buffer capacitor (C) via the second terminal (BC); a discharge switch (Q) for discharging the snubber capacitor (C); and a control circuit (110) for controlling the discharge switch (Q), which control circuit is designed to close the discharge switch (Q) in order to discharge the buffer capacitor (C) through the discharge switch (Q) via its second terminal (BC).
