The taste sense test paper is an edible film loaded with condiments, and the condiments comprise at least one of salty condiments, sweet condiments, bitter condiments, peppery condiments, sour condiments, umami condiments, fragrant condiments and compound condiments. The edible film comprises one of a polysaccharide edible film, a protein edible film, a lipid edible film and a composite edible film. By investigating the solubility of the test strip, measuring sodium ion release of the test strip by using an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometric method, measuring acidity release by using a pH meter and the like, the test strip is found to have better solubility, and the function of releasing the taste factor can be realized.
