Summary: | The invention discloses a wood fiber and regenerated pulp mixed grinding process, which comprises the following steps: repulping and deslagging: putting wood fiber and regenerated pulp into a chain plate machine according to a ratio of 1: (0.5-0.8), repulping and defibering by using a vertical hydrapulper, controlling the repulping concentration to be 5.5-6%, controlling the repulping temperature to be 65-70 DEG C by using diluted white water through steam heating, and adding PHgt at the same time; 6.2 liquid caustic soda is used for ensuring the moistening and swelling of the fibers and improving the shape and toughness of the fibers; impurities and crude fiber bundles in the pulp are screened and removed through a high-concentration slag separator after repulping, and discharged slag can be thrown into a waste paper line to be recycled and reused; grinding: selecting a grinding sheet suitable for coarse fiber grinding, and obtaining regenerated pulp/wood fiber mixed grinding pulp with a good grinding effect |
