The invention relates to a method for producing exosomes, the exosomes prepared by the method and application of the exosomes. The invention discloses a method for producing exosomes, which comprises the following steps: culturing avian embryo mesenchymal stem cells (AMSCs) in a culture medium containing 2, 3, 4 ', 5-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-beta-D-glucoside (THSG), so as to obtain a cell culture of the AMSCs; and collecting the exosome from the cell culture.
